Project Description

We built and maintain the E-Commerce Store for Valerie Taylor.
The store was built to allow the user to:

1. Quickly see Valerie’s range of handwoven products with clear category sectioning.

2. To create a constant look and feel through all the product range.

3. Provide clear descriptions and pricing, including a dynamic costings / notification to users current checkout to obtain free delivery.

4. To allow for and ensure clear CTAs (Call To Action) on site.

5. To provide the user with a history and background into Valerie’s passion in Weaving and her professional achievements.

Site speed, security with a solid SEO in place was and is essential for this project. The site is hosted with Jollyfox. We use the Google Cloud Platform that matches 100% of energy use with renewable energy sources. Using Ultra-fast PHP we also reduce energy consumption and improve website speeds by up to 30%.

The site has a custom care plan in place which includes, allowance for new content (supplied by the business owner) to be added to the site, security updates and plug in updates as and when required to reduce a risk of attack; a monthly recommendation, if applicable, as to where the site could be enhanced.
